A foundation for apps and AI agents
01Challenge
Staff wanted to build useful tools themselves. The municipality needed a consistent way to manage environments, access and data connections.
02Solution
I led the technical setup of Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including managed environments, Entra ID access, data policies and guidance for developing and maintaining applications.
03Result
The platform work gives teams a defined foundation for building tools, with responsibilities and controls documented from the start.
